Customers are required to check their order upon collection or delivery. The Frosted Swann will take no responsibility for products damaged after collection/delivery has taken place.
If you are in any way unhappy with your order, please inform me promptly so that I can rectify any issues in a timely fashion. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued without return of product and are at the discretion of The Frosted Swann.
